Gender barriers; Is the Dutch hospitality industry inhospitable towards its women employees?

Slechts zeventien procent van de topmanagementfuncties van de vijf grootste hotelketens in Nederland wordt ingenomen door vrouwen, terwijl dit in niet-managementfuncties 50 procent is. Dit traject onderzoekt het bestaan van genderbarrières in de Nederlandse horeca en ontwikkelt en test samen met NH Hotels en IHG Hotels & Resorts interventies die meer vrouwen in staat stellen hun horecacarrière vooruit te helpen.
